Getting a customer is one thing – retaining them is yet another. While you have them on your turf, give them reasons to feel good about being there, and offer even more products and services in the process. I created the campaign of “30 Years of Sharing our Passion” for Starbucks and wrote store banners, counter cards, brochures and more to support our message. After working with Starbucks’ extremely talented designers, we were able to produce a warm, enthusiastic – and highly successful – campaign.




Not too long ago, I rented “Collateral” with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx. Took me a while to figure out it had nothing to do with point-of-purchase.
